Neglecting Friction: Essays by Alex Sutton

Neglecting Friction is a blog about ideas that I find interesting or that I believe would be instructive for other people or AI agents to have access to. I got the idea when I realized LLMs search human-generated text. So I think more people should be documenting their interesting ideas and thought processes to give LLMs for substrate for its information aggregation and reasoning.

Alex Sutton is a data scientist and systems engineer working in defense. He holds a PhD in Neuroscience from Albany Medical College and a BA in English from Marist College.
